Stretch & Unwind

Join us for our weekly gentle stretch class. Classes may also include breathing exercises and guided meditations to help calm your mind and body.

*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.

Equipment needed/suggested: yoga mat, yoga blocks (or books) for support, yoga strap (or belt, scarf, or towel), pillow, and blanket (optional).

All classes take place LIVE through Zoom and the Zoom link will be emailed to you upon registering.

Cost: $16.50+hst All FFF programs are Passport Funding eligible.
