This online (Zoom) weekly workshop will teach you strategies and skills that will help you manage your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Each week we'll share and practice 1 strategy that will help you:

  1. manage stress and anxiety

  2. manage your emotions

  3. improve your self esteem

  4. build health supporting habits

  5. prioritize self-care

*Please bring a notebook/journal and something to write with in case you want to take notes OR print and use the worksheet sent to you upon registering for your first workshop.

*When you register, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Also, 1 day before each workshop you will receive an email reminder - both will include the weekly Zoom link.

Cost: $10+tax All FFF programs are Passport Funding eligible.
