Join us for our virtual Strength Training Program (weight lifting and bodyweight exercises choreographed to popular music). Think Zumba plus strength training combined!
All fitness levels are welcome; modifications can be shown for a variety of abilities. This class is for you if you: are looking for accountability, are motivated by music, want to feel stronger, do not rely on the use of mobility devices such as a wheelchair, have experience with using weights and can do so safely without 1:1 support.
Equipment needed: various weights & yoga mat
Want to try a class? You can drop in during the first 3 weeks of classes (Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15pm or Saturdays 8-9am from April 6th until April 23rd), after that drop ins are closed until the next program starts.

10 Week Program: $195+hst *Includes FULL ACCESS to our Videos On Demand Library.
