Low Back Pain Stretches

Do you suffer from low back pain? A lot of people do! This stretch routine may help manage low back pain and stiffness you experience by increasing flexibility, releasing tense muscles, AND you can do it from your bed or on a soft surface such as a yoga mat!

Equipment needed: Yoga Mat (or soft surface) or a chair.

*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.

All classes take place LIVE through Zoom.
