Anxiety Meditation & Stretch Routine
Anxiety is something we all experience. Movement and mindfullness are powerful tools to help manage it! Follow this gentle stretch routine and meditation to bring in a calmer state of being.
Equipment needed: Yoga mat or soft surface. Bring a yoga block or something sturdy like books or boxes. Also bring a pillow and blanket.
*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.
All classes take place LIVE through Zoom.
