Basic Stretch Routine
Follow along for a series of stretches that will leave you feeling relaxed and ‘loose’. A great routine to bring into each day to promote flexibility and avoid stiff, achy joint and muscles.
Equipment needed: Yoga mat or soft surface.
*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.
All classes take place LIVE through Zoom.
