Upper Body Stretch Routine
Let's show our upper body (arms, wrists, neck, shoulders, back, chest) some love with this simple stretch routine.
Equipment needed: Yoga mat(or soft surface) and strap (or scarf, belt or towel)
*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.
All classes take place LIVE through Zoom and the Zoom link will be emailed to you when you register for the class.
