Loving Kindness Routine
Loving Kindness practice is a method of developing feelings of warmth, compassion and love toward yourself and others. Join us for a gentle stretch routine and extended meditation.
Equipment needed: Yoga Mat (or soft surface), blanket, and pillow.
*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.
All classes take place LIVE through Zoom and the Zoom link will be emailed to you when you register for the class.
Cost: $16.50+hst All FFF programs are Passport Funding eligible
