Lower Body Stretches

Let's show our lower body (everything from our waist down) some love with this simple stretch routine.

Equipment needed: Yoga Mat (or soft surface) and yoga blocks (or something sturdy like big books, boxes or small tables).

*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.

All classes take place LIVE through Zoom and the Zoom link will be emailed to you when you register for the class.

Cost: $16.50+hst All FFF programs are Passport Funding eligible
