Upper Body Stretches
Let's show our upper body (everything from our waist up) some love with this simple stretch routine.
Equipment needed: Yoga Mat (or soft surface) and strap (you can also use a belt, scarf or towel).
*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.
All classes take place LIVE through Zoom.
