Stretches for Low Back Pain.

Do you suffer from low back pain? A lot of people do! This stretch routine may help manage and low back pain and stiffness you experience by increasing flexibility, releasing tense muscles AND you can do it from your bed or on a soft surface such as a yoga mat! Movement is often very important when it comes to dealing with chronic or even acute pain in the body. Build in regular, gentle movement to lessen symptoms and feel better.

Equipment needed: Yoga Mat (or soft surface)

*All bodies are welcome! Modifications and options for each stretch are always given. Our classes are accessible for those with wheelchairs or need to stay seated.

All classes take place LIVE through Zoom.
